MAS eFX & Song Press Event

I was in NYC (look, its the Panasonic screen behind my head!!) on Monday to support the press event that spawned the below article that James references. It was pretty cool to be surrounded by cameras and print reporters, and to be trying to make sure our people give answers that wouldn’t get us into trouble with our customers and Jet Blue. Turns out, when you go to get the legal OK on press releases, they hate the word “most” unless you have written proof that its true… You’ll notice that any of the releases or quotes caveat “most” by saying either “Available today” or “on a single aisle aircraft”.
