Art for his walls - The poor deprived kid has nothing to stimulate him on his walls. Ideas we’ve had include:

* Land of Nod: The covers of their catalogs are really great, unique, and I believe they print them. Also, they have a very cool alphabet wall art ($89 + s/h) where they will put the child’s name on it. Plan ahead though, it takes 4 weeks, plus currently (June 2006) their website says they are backordered. Maybe the Italian Fine Artists’ Union is on strike.

* We saw Babar posters that you can get with a red frame. Maybe it was BabyStyle? Not sure. You may also find that, Tin Tin, etc at online poster places like Art.com. I wonder if there’s Asterix out there?

* Large alphabet cards, one card per letter of the alphabet. This could go all around the top of the walls of his room.

More ideas:

* Cats Broadway Musical Soundtrack - I’ll take this in the car with us to keep him happy and Sophia can listen too. He knows all the songs.

* Train stuff

* Back to Basics Toys
* Art-related things (we just got him an easel- 6/30/06) . Here’s just an idea: AquaDoodle Kit

* Puppet show stuff?
